Keymaster Pro 3.1 incorporates modules that allow real-time monitoring of access control events, system events, and system performance. With the locations viewer you can establish the current location of any cardholder. You can also set up the video viewer to activate when a card is presented at any reader.

Full offline access control. KeyMaster Pro 3.1 maintains access control functionality even if the PC crashes or the communications link with a system controller is interrupted. The new Offline Manager downloads hardware configuration and tag permissions data from the KeyMaster Pro database to system controllers. In offline mode, system controllers make access control decisions based on the data stored in local memory. Controllers also log all transactions processed in offline mode. When the connection between PC and controller is restored, Office Manager retrieves offline logs and uploads them to the  central KeyMaster Pro database.

KeyMaster Pro provides powerful asset management functionality based on the patented Wavetrend active RF tagging technology. Controlsoft's AM-1600 controller connects up to 16 Link-IT readers to a Keymaster Pro system via the standard CS-NET interface. Using the Asset Reader Manager, you can configure KeyMaster Pro to monitor the movements of tagged assets at key points across your site. You can also set up check-out stations that recognise dual technology (active/passive) designed specifically for asset management applications. The active tag is monitored by long-range asset tracking readers, while passive tags communicate at short range using normal proximity card readers.

You can use applications such as Kronos® Timekeeper to analyse up-to-the-minute time and attendance data recorded by KeyMaster Pro. KeyMaster Pro can also export time and attendance data in Kronos® file formats. With support for selective logging of transactions at time and attendance readers, KeyMaster Pro 3.1 lets you control where specific employees clock in and out.
For example, in an industrial environment you can clock factory workers at the main entrance, while administrative workers clock when they enter or exit the office building.
